We are sorry that you didn’t enjoy one of our products. Feedback from our consumers is a crucial part in everything that we do and we would love to hear from you!

Our top priority has been and continues to be the quality and safety of our products. Before a product is released to the public, it undergoes a series of tests to ensure it’s perfect. These tests include extensive quality testing and multiple taste tests with staff and consumer panels. In addition to this, we do a lot of research to understand it the product meets Canadian’s demands. The decision to release a new product is not a short process.
